The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables you to hold up a mirror to your perceptions, attitudes and behaviours. The realisations that you’ll gain from the Energy Leadership assessment and debrief process will change the way you view your world.
Assessment
Whilst personality assessments are valuable tools to understand your strengths and weaknesses, the E.L.I. is an attitudinal assessment. I'm not going to put a label on you. Instead, we measure your level of current energy based on your attitude, perception and perspective of the world. The awesome part is that because attitude is subjective, it can be altered.
By working with me using the E.L.I. results, you can alter your attitude and perspective, start making conscious choices, and increase your energy and leadership effectiveness.
There are no limits as to your potential growth. Once you realise that your level of consciousness is directly related to your actions, you can move from functioning to empowered.
Debrief
In the debrief you’ll learn about the 7 levels of energy and how you currently show up when at your best and when under stress. You’ll be debriefed on the findings of the assessment, and identify the areas of your life that encourage you to perform at your best and those areas that trigger you into stress.
By the end of the debrief you will have insights, increased self awareness and tangible areas of potential growth and development. We will create actions that you can use to navigate yourself to higher performance.
